Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bombay Cab

  1. Cancellation Policy:

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 4 hours of your pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare will be charged.

  1. Refund Policy:

Eligible Refunds: If a ride is canceled within the free cancellation window or due to technical issues with the service, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Ineligible Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for rides completed or canceled after the late cancellation window.
